Refund Policy

Last updated 8 August 2026. All amounts are in Australian dollars.

Cancelling

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing and your paid features continue until the end of the current billing period.

Change of mind

If you contact hello@stkvel.com within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and have not substantially used the paid features, we will refund that payment in full.

Faults and outages

If STKVEL is unavailable or does not work as described for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we will provide a pro-rata refund or credit.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund; for a minor failure we will fix the problem within a reasonable time. This policy is in addition to those rights.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
