2. What STKVEL is

STKVEL is record-keeping software for savings circles, stokvels and rotating savings and credit associations. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Plans and billing

The Starter plan is free and limited to 1 circle with up to 5 members. Growth is A$9 per month for up to 3 circles with up to 9 members each. Maximiser is A$15 per month for unlimited circles with up to 12 members each. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account page. Access to paid features continues to the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your existing circles remain readable but limits revert to the free plan. See our Refund Policy.

You must not use STKVEL for unlawful purposes, to operate a pyramid or Ponzi scheme, to upload unlawful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

8. Liability

Subject to clause 7, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for disputes between members of a savings circle, including missed or disputed contributions and payouts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the updated version here. Material changes to paid plans take effect from your next billing period.
