Common questions

Does STKVEL hold or move our money?

No. STKVEL is record-keeping software. Your circle keeps paying each other the way it always has — STKVEL keeps the shared ledger, rotation order and reminders in one place.

How is the payout order decided?

You set a payout position for each member when you add them. The rotation ring on your dashboard always shows who is up next and how many rounds remain.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Go to Account, then Change plan. Upgrades apply straight away and prices are shown in your local currency (AUD or ZAR).

Why has a member not received a reminder?

Reminders follow each organiser's settings in Alerts — check that email or push is switched on and that the reminder lead time suits your schedule.
